The norms of our current lifestyle go against living a healthy lifestyle.  Healthy habits won't happen on their own. You have to have intentionality to create healthy habits.   This is where I can help guide you to achieve your health goals by using evidence based science on setting up healthy habits that are automatic, long-lasting, and that get you results. 

Achieving Better Health

My aim is for you to become confident navigating life while keeping your health as a priority.  This includes undoing some beliefs you may have around food, health and even about yourself.  It also means understanding nutrition concepts related to your health condition(s) including hormones, metabolism, cravings, metabolism, appetite and lots more. 

I have worked for years helping people change their health behaviors to live a healthy life where they feel better. I know all about the limitations of motivation and sneakiness of willpower. Also, once you understand how your brain has been working against you much of the time and how to get a strong grip on your subconscious brain you will start to see how this can work. You may have struggled for years on making changes stick. That is going to stops now.

 

The cornerstone of what I do is help you gain confidence in building habits in your life considering your
