Do you read labels for saturated fat? Is saturated fat or total fat more important to monitor?
Fiber
Fiber is found naturally in whole-grains, fruits and vegetables, and even nuts. How much should you consume? Is one fiber type better than another?
Chocolate
I prefer milk chocolate. Is that good to eat for heart health or do I need to stick to dark chocolate? Does cocoa qualify as good chocolate?
Oils
Have you heard of monounsaturated oils? Seed oils? Do they effect your heart health?
Nuts
Nuts have good fat and fiber. But are they too high fat for heart health? Are there certain nuts that are better for me to eat regularly for heart health?

Fish has omega-3 oils I have heard are really good for you in them. Are there any fish I should avoid? What about other seafood, are they heart healthy?

My aim is for you to become confident navigating life while keeping your health as a priority. This includes undoing some beliefs you may have around food, health and even about yourself. It also means understanding nutrition concepts related to your health condition(s) including hormones, metabolism, cravings, metabolism, appetite and lots more.
I have worked for years helping people change their health behaviors to live a healthy life where they feel better. I know all about the limitations of motivation and sneakiness of willpower. Also, once you understand how your brain has been working against you much of the time and how to get a strong grip on your subconscious brain you will start to see how this can work. You may have struggled for years on making changes stick. That is going to stops now.
